Want to enjoy lovely apps and valuable services from the App store? You need to have an Apple ID for that, which will let you get access to the vast collection of apps. Some of these are free of cost and others can be bought by paying a few dollars.

Setting up an Apple ID account for iCloud and iOS 5

1. Open “Settings” from home screen of your iPhone or iPad. Now tap on “Mail, Contacts, and Calendar” and press “Add Account”. Select “iCloud” at the top of the list. Next tap on “Get a Free Apple ID”.

2. Type information such as your location and Date of birth in the relevant fields. You will see a new window appearing that will ask you to use an existing email address or get a free address. Select “Get a free@me.com email address” and type your First Name, Last name and password. Finally accept iCloud terms and conditions to make sure you get the id.

That’s it. Now you have a new iCloud account and this can go on your iOS 5 devices. Enjoy downloading your favorite stuff and there you have it.
