After successfully subscribing to iTunes Match service, you need to set up this. It’s also quite simple.

1. Go to “Settings” and then “Music” from your iPad, iPod Touch or iPhone. Enable the new setting at the top of iTunes Match and confirm it as well.

2. Now your apple device will begin to match music library in the background. Another option is you can select to show music on the device that you can download but don’t have it currently available on the device. It can be turned off whenever you like.

That’s all.

The iTunes gathers information about iTunes library to see what it is there and then matches this collection to the iTunes Catalog. Anything which already exists in that Catalog is instantly made available in standard iTunes format.
