How to take screen shot in iPad 3

It is rather an easy task to take screenshot of your iPad display screen as it is a hard coded feature, built right into its iOS. All you have to do is to touch two buttons and anything you want to capture will be stored right to your iPad Camera Roll and with the help of Photos app, you can briskly share it to your social networking websites such as twitter, Facebook etc.

CAPTURING YOUR iPad 3 DISPLAY SCREEN

In the above picture, look at the buttons which are named as ‘Home’ and ‘Sleep/Wake’. Press both buttons simultaneously and you will hear the Camera sound followed by a white screen just for a second. And you are done with it- your screen is now captured.

In case, if you are encountering any trouble in getting the timing just right, simply press down one button for a second and whilst holding it down, quickly click the other. For example, long press the Home button and quickly press the Sleep/Wake button (or vice versa).

Now close the app and launch Apple’s Photos app. You will see your desired screenshot at the end of your camera roll. Another way to see your taken screenshot is to start up your Camera app and touch the Camera Roll at the bottom left to see your screenshot.

iPad screenshots are none other than any other photo. As the picture is in your camera roll, iTunes can be used to copy the screenshots on your desktop/laptop.
