Network Sales Engineer Job in Southern California
The responsibilities are: The Dell Networking Sales Engineer is a quota carrying, technical sales resource focused on driving the sale of Dell data center network solutions. This person will work with first line sales teams to drive comprehensive Dell data center solutions based on a thorough understanding of both short and long term customer requirements. Qualifications required
Previous 5+ years experience in a technical pre-sales role focused on data center networking solutions
Extensive knowledge of the following technologies:
Layer2/Layer3 Ethernet Networking
TCP/IP
iSCSI Networking
Ethernet routing
Extensive knowledge of key competitive platforms and solution offerings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dynamic and engaging presentation skills
Past hands on experience with complex networking solutions and architecting designs/topologies to solve business problems; datacenter experience in network management and administration is desired
BA/BS or post graduate degree from accredited college or university in a related field of study
Industry certifications a plus (Networking)
